Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy explains how GLP-1 Diet Tab handles personal information. It covers our website, apps, account tools, downloads, support, and emails.
Our basic promise
Your private planning data is used to run the service you asked for. We do not sell it. We do not send wellness data to advertisers, analytics tools, affiliates, or marketing systems.
Information you give us
- Account details: email address, display name, language, timezone, and security settings.
- Account consent: adult confirmation, policy versions, and marketing choices.
- Planning details: food preferences, allergens, household size, plans, groceries, pantry items, and calendar entries.
- Private activity: tracking entries and meal-coach conversations when you use those features.
- Support: the information you choose to include in a message.
- Connections: the outside chat tools you have approved, and when each was approved and last used.
Information created by the service
We create session IDs, security records, entitlement records, download records, and limited technical logs. These records keep accounts safe and features working. Public analytics use a small list of allowed events. Those events cannot contain wellness values.
Payments
We do not store full card or bank details. Paddle processes website payments and provides the order facts needed to unlock a purchase, handle a refund, and show billing history. Read its privacy notice for payment-data details. Apple and Google handle purchases made through their stores.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To build plans, lists, downloads, and other requested features.
- To confirm purchases and manage access.
- To answer support and privacy requests.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
- To send optional emails after you consent.
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal duties.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use private meals, appetite, symptoms, medication, allergies, or coach messages for advertising. We do not place advertising or affiliate trackers inside the signed-in dashboard or private mobile screens.
Who may receive information
We use service providers for hosting, security, email delivery, support, and payments. They receive only what they need for their work. They must protect it and follow their contracts. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or when it is needed to protect users and the service.
Connecting an outside chat tool
You can connect an outside AI chat tool, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your account so it can answer questions about your own plan. This is off unless you turn it on. Nothing is shared until you approve it on a consent screen on our website that names the tool and lists what it will read.
When a connection is active, that tool can read your food restrictions, your meal plan, your recipes, your grocery list, and your daily calorie, protein, and fiber targets. It cannot change anything. It cannot read your weight, your BMI, your measurements, or your meal-coach conversations.
This is different from every other sharing described above. The outside tool is not our service provider and is not acting on our instructions. It is your tool, chosen by you, and what it does with what it reads is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that company, not by ours. We cannot see or check its answers before you do.
You can see every active connection and end it at any time under Security in your account. Ending a connection stops further access immediately. It does not reach into the systems of that company to erase what was already read; ask them directly for that.
Marketing
Marketing email is optional. New subscribers must confirm by email. You can choose topics, turn off measurement, or unsubscribe at any time. Transactional messages may still be sent for security, receipts, requested downloads, and privacy requests.
Cookies and similar storage
We use essential storage for sign-in, security, and saved choices. Optional scripts need the matching consent. Read our Cookie Policy for details.
Security
We use HTTPS, encryption for sensitive stored data, secure tokens, rate limits, and server-side access checks. Administrative access follows least privilege. Logs are redacted. No system can promise perfect security, so we also limit what we collect.
How long we keep information
We keep account data while the account is active. Deletion removes private account data through our deletion process. Some payment, tax, fraud, consent, and security records must be kept longer. Backups expire on their normal rotation.
Your choices and rights
You can export your data, change preferences, review sessions, or request deletion from the dashboard. Your location may give you more rights. These can include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, appeal, and withdrawal of consent.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not punish you for using a privacy right.
AI and automated features
Automated tools may suggest meals or organize a plan. They do not make legal, insurance, credit, employment, or medical decisions. The meal coach is not allowed to give diagnosis, treatment, medication, or dosing advice.
Our own meal coach runs inside the service, and we check what it says against your allergies and exclusions before you see it. An outside chat tool you connect yourself does not work that way: its answer never passes through us, so we cannot check it. We send your restrictions with every reply it receives, and we only ever give it recipes that already exclude what you cannot eat. Check anything it tells you about food against your own restrictions before you act on it.
We do not use your private planning data to train the AI models of any company, including our own.
International use
Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy laws differ by country. We use required safeguards when information crosses borders.
Adults only
GLP-1 Diet Tab accounts are only for adults aged 18 and older. We record the confirmation made during signup. We do not ask for a birth date. Contact us if you believe a minor created an account.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the service or law changes. We will update the date above. We will give extra notice when the law requires it.

GLP-1 Diet Tab privacy policy: the practical answer
The GLP-1 Diet Tab privacy policy explains which account, planning, wellness, purchase, and technical data the service uses, why each category exists, how it is protected, and which controls remain available.
What this page helps you decide
Use the policy to trace a data category from collection to purpose, storage, sharing limits, retention, export, and deletion.
What to check before taking action
The operational controls matter most: encryption for wellness records, exclusion from ads and ordinary analytics, authenticated export, session revocation, and documented deletion.
