Who can use GLP-1 Diet Tab
You must be at least 18 years old. You must also be able to enter a legal agreement. You confirm both points when you create an account.
What the service does
GLP-1 Diet Tab helps adults organize meals, recipes, groceries, pantry items, and food routines. It is a general-wellness planning tool. It is not a clinic, pharmacy, telehealth service, or weight-loss advisory service.
We do not diagnose or treat health conditions. We do not tell you which medicine to use or how much to take. Speak with a qualified professional about medical decisions.
Your account
Give accurate information. Keep your password and devices secure. Tell us if you think someone else used your account.
Your account is for your personal use. Do not sell it or share it as a commercial service. You are responsible for account activity unless the law says otherwise.
Plans, recipes, and nutrition information
Plans and recipes are general information. Ingredients, labels, portions, and individual needs vary. Check food labels and allergen information before use.
Nutrition values may be estimates unless a page says they were reviewed. We do not promise a health, medical, or weight result.
AI features
AI can help organize food ideas and meal plans. It can make mistakes. Review its suggestions before acting on them.
The meal coach cannot give diagnosis, treatment, medication, or dosing advice. It is not a doctor or dietitian.
Acceptable use
Do not attack, probe, overload, or bypass the service. Do not scrape private data. Do not defeat payment or download controls. Do not upload unlawful material or impersonate another person.
Do not use GLP-1 Diet Tab to provide medical advice to other people. Security testing needs written permission. We may limit or suspend activity that threatens users, payments, or the service.
What we sell
We sell software access, subscriptions, and digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical products. A purchase does not include any food, medicine, supplement, device, or printed item.
Website payments
Paddle processes website payments as our merchant of record. It collects payment, handles applicable tax, and sends the receipt. The checkout page shows the price, currency, billing period, and total before you pay.
App-store payments
Apple handles purchases made through the App Store. Google handles purchases made through Google Play. The store terms apply to its payment, cancellation, and refund process.
Subscriptions
A subscription renews until you cancel it. The renewal period and price appear before purchase. The payment method on file is charged at renewal.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You normally keep access until the current paid period ends. Removing the app or deleting your GLP-1 Diet Tab account does not cancel a store subscription.
A failed payment may be retried. Paid access may end if payment cannot be collected. Access may also end after a refund, reversal, chargeback, or confirmed fraud event.
Digital downloads
Paid downloads are delivered by email and may also appear in your private account. Links can expire or be limited to your account. Contact support if you need a replacement link.
A download gives you a personal license. You may use it for yourself. You may not resell it, post it publicly, share it in bulk, or remove ownership notices.
Paid downloads are non-refundable after the delivery email is sent. If the email was never delivered and we cannot correct the delivery, the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the available refund.
Ownership and feedback
GLP-1 Diet Tab and its licensors own the service, design, software, text, images, databases, and downloadable materials. You keep ownership of content you lawfully submit.
You give us permission to process your submitted content only as needed to run and protect the service. If you send product feedback, we may use the idea without paying for it. We will not publish your private wellness data.
Third-party links
We may link to stores, research sources, or other websites. Their terms and privacy rules apply to them. A link is not a medical endorsement or a promise about another service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GLP-1 Diet Tab available. We cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, networks, stores, and service providers can cause downtime.
We may improve, replace, or retire features. We will not knowingly remove a paid core feature without any remedy required by law or the purchase terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account for serious misuse, fraud, security risk, nonpayment, or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason when it is reasonable and lawful to do so.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We do not promise a medical, nutrition, weight, financial, search-ranking, or availability outcome.
Nothing in these terms removes a warranty or consumer right that the law does not allow us to remove.
Limits on liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. For a paid service claim, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for that service during the previous 12 months, or the minimum amount required by law.
This limit does not apply where the law forbids it. It does not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Disputes
Contact us first. We will try to solve the problem in good faith. Payment or app-store terms may also apply to a transaction.
These terms use the law that applies to the GLP-1 Diet Tab operator. They do not take away mandatory rights in your home country. A court with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
