Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026. This policy covers GLP-1 Diet Tab subscriptions and digital downloads for adults aged 18 and older. Your legal consumer rights still apply.

What we sell

GLP-1 Diet Tab sells access to software and digital files. We do not sell or ship physical products. Nothing will be sent to you by post.

The short version

• Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal.
• You keep access until the current paid period ends.
• Subscription payments are normally non-refundable.
• Paid downloads are non-refundable after the delivery email is sent.
• If a paid download is never delivered by email, contact us so we can resend it or refund it.
• Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

Paid downloadable products

All paid download sales are final once the delivery email has been sent successfully. We do not refund a delivered download because you changed your mind, bought it by mistake, did not use it, or chose not to download it.

A refund is available only when our records show that the delivery email was never sent or permanently failed. Please contact us first. We will try to resend the email and restore access. If we cannot deliver the product, we will refund the purchase.

A broken link or damaged file does not create an automatic refund. We will send a new link or replace the file. This rule does not remove any right that cannot be limited by law.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. You can cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges. It does not reverse a payment that has already been made.

You can use paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not give partial refunds for unused days. We also do not refund a renewal simply because the service was not used.

If a free trial is offered, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The checkout page will show the trial length, renewal date, and price.

Wrong, duplicate, or unauthorized charges

Tell us promptly if the amount is wrong or the same order was charged twice. We will check the payment record. A confirmed billing error will be corrected.

If you do not recognize a payment, secure your account and contact the payment provider shown on the receipt. Do not send us a full card number or bank password.

Web payments

Paddle processes our website payments as the merchant of record. Use the links in your receipt to manage a web subscription or payment request. Its buyer terms and refund rules also apply. You can get payment help at paddle.net.

Apple and Google purchases

Apple manages purchases made through the App Store. Google manages purchases made through Google Play. Use the same store to cancel or request a refund. We cannot approve a refund that the store controls.

Deleting the app does not cancel a store subscription. Deleting your GLP-1 Diet Tab account does not cancel it either. Cancel it in the store account first.

Consumer rights

Some countries give buyers a cooling-off period or other refund rights. Digital-content rights may change after delivery starts and you consent to immediate access. We will honor every right that applies to you. If this policy conflicts with a right that cannot be waived, the law controls.

How to ask for help

Use the Billing area, the support link in your receipt, or our contact page. Include the order number, purchase email, product name, and purchase date. Do not include medical or wellness details.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. Bank processing time varies. Refunded access may end when the refund is approved.
